We are pleased to offer lease finance (subject to status).This offers rental periods of either 3+33 months or 3+57 months. The rentals are subject to 100% tax relief against pre-tax profits. At lease end, for a nominal fee of usually 2% of the cost price, you own the equipment.
All the equipment comes with 12 months minimum warranty on all products. They are provided by the Manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. All specifications, information and prices are given in good faith but may be changed without prior notice and all equipment remains the property of HAPS until the equipment is paid for in full.
We are sure we can provide prompt competitive quotes, quick efficient deliveries & installations, a friendly service and back up in the unlikely case of future problems. All the equipment we offer comes with full manufacturers support & future spares availability.

Terms
Ownership for the goods transfer when we have been paid in full and delivery as taken place.
You the customer are responsible for inspecting goods on delivery, any damage should be recorded on the delivery note. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods or delivery discrepancies.
Under the distance selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website, excluding installed equipment. To cancel your order you must notify us within seven days following day of delivery. The product must be returned within seven days of us receiving your cancellation with the original packaging. Your order may only be cancelled in writing, email or here. Any stock goods wrongly ordered and returned within 14 days will be credited and may be subject to a 30% handling charge. If you have any doubts about the goods you require either make a note on order and we will contact you to confirm or phone us first.
Installed vehicle lifts are covered by manufacturers warranty, normally a service schedule at 6 monthly intervals in line with British Standards and LOLER regulations is required to cover any warranty, if this is not carried out the warranty may be void or restricted. Lift cables adjustment, chain adjustments and lift pads are not covered by warranty as they are normal wear & tear items. Air compressors should be serviced at 6 monthly intervals as a minimum.
Parts supplied should be fitted by a competent engineer, in the event of a warranty claim we would require photo evidence of the equipment where the part is installed. In the event of a claim for a lift cable we would need photo evidence of the route of the cables and the pulleys the effected cables are running on.
The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the safe cost of carriage back to us. You are recommended that goods returned are suitably insured to ensure that you may recover full value should the product be lost or damaged on its return.
The price you pay is the price displayed, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order. Whilst all descriptions and illustrations provided are carefully prepared they are intended for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract. Prices are per item unless stated. We make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible, delays are occasionally inevitable and time of delivery will not be of the essence.
We will not be liable for any business loss including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. We are happy to supply our Terms and Conditions in full if requested.
Please be aware that distance selling regulations do not apply to business customers.
These conditions are subject to English law and jurisdiction of the English courts.

Under HAPS privacy policy we may disclose to third parties certain information contained in our Users' registration applications, but we will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. E-tail of Products and Services
By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force major. HAPS are absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by emailing you or else by calling you. We will also provide the identity of the party you have contracted with. This may be HAPS or in certain cases a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party HAPS is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party. When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services or bids made at auction are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request or bid and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods, services or bid. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Variation of Content
HAPS shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the Service or which appears on any page of the HAPS Web site.
Termination
HAPS may at any time terminate or suspend any part of the Service without notice to you.
Invalidity
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
Tax Charges
VAT will be applied to all orders delivered within the UK at the current rate. Orders to be delivered outside the UK will generally be ZERO rated.
Damaged
When you receive your goods by carrier it is imperative that you check the parcel while the delivery driver is still present. Failure to do so will invalidate any claim for damage. If the goods are found to be damaged please sign the documents as damaged and do not accept delivery of the goods. If you do not make a claim within 3 days of delivery you will be unable to make a claim.
Faulty Part
If a product that you have purchased is defective and still under the manufacturers warranty please contact our administration team.
